"Work Is Not Life" Green Art Plate - House of Frisson

A gentle reminder from a mermaid who has absolutely no intention of checking her emails from the rocks. She chooses pleasure, beauty and idleness over perpetual productivity.

A small act of resistance for anyone who suspects there might be more to life than deadlines and to-do lists.

•Plate size: 15.4 cm

•Colour: Green

•Satin finish

•Fitted with detachable wire plate hanger on the back of the plate. Plate stand (in last picture) is for illustration purposes.

This is a work of hand cut collage, re-purposing a ceramic dining plate, turning it into a one-of-a-kind art piece to be displayed on the wall. This is part of my sustainable practice to save the environment, by up-cycling existing materials.

Please note: This is not to be used as a dinner plate, It’s for decoration purpose only. To clean it use a dry cloth or duster.
